Santa village is quite boring tourist crap selling village. Why not visit if in the area. But I would recommend to visit Santapark for the real Santa in the cave under the mountain https://santapark.fi/.

Unfortunately only open around christmas time. Paloma will have to take another visit to North next year  ;D
